These terms govern your use of enspire (“the Service”), operated by enspire (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Enspire lets you check a public website or GitHub repository and connect a selected repository to a workspace. It profiles the software product, runs approved buyer questions against configured AI assistants (such as ChatGPT), and records answer excerpts, recommended products, rankings, provider-returned source metadata, and visibility scores. A source link is not necessarily a verified inline citation for the stored excerpt. The Service can then suggest actions and prepare outreach, listing, comparison, alternatives, or answer-page drafts.
Workspace content is not automatically published or sent. A hosted page becomes public only when you choose to publish it, and a repository change is prepared as a GitHub pull request for your review and merge. The Service does not promise that an AI provider will mention, rank, or cite a product, or that a draft will change a future result.
New users sign in through Google or GitHub OAuth. Email magic links are available for existing accounts. Authentication and sessions are provided through Supabase. You are responsible for keeping access to your account and linked identity providers secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Plans include monthly usage limits; we may change pricing or limits with reasonable notice. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime; see our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You retain ownership of your repositories and of the content enspire drafts for you. You must have permission to connect a repository and to use any material you provide. Public-check reports are accessible by URL, so you must not submit confidential targets or material to that checker.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content, source links, and proposed repository changes before using or publishing them, including checking accuracy, intellectual-property rights, advertising claims, and any rules that apply to you. Outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or become outdated.
Don’t use the Service to create or publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or spammy content; probe private systems without authorization; evade limits; or violate the terms of a connected service. We may restrict or suspend access where needed to protect the Service or others.
The Service relies on Supabase for authentication and database services and Vercel for hosting and cookie-free Web Analytics. Google and GitHub provide OAuth sign-in, and the separately installed GitHub App provides access to repositories you select. Anthropic supports profiling, interpretation, action suggestions, and drafting. Depending on the answer engines configured for a scan, buyer questions may also be sent to OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or Perplexity. Stripe handles paid checkout and subscriptions, and Resend handles service or digest email when configured.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies. Third-party availability, model behavior, and returned content are outside enspire’s control. See the Privacy Policy for a more detailed description of these data flows.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results and drafts may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing them. Enspire provides product tooling, not legal, financial, or other professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
