Terms of Service

Last updated: June 21, 2026

These terms govern your use of enspire (“the Service”), operated by enspire (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

enspire connects to your source-code repository, turns your development activity (commits and shipped features) into draft marketing content, and — only after your explicit approval — helps you publish it to channels you own (such as dev.to, your hosted build-log, X, and LinkedIn). Nothing is published without your approval.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You sign in with GitHub. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Plans include monthly usage limits; we may change pricing or limits with reasonable notice. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime; see our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Your content & responsibilities

You retain ownership of your repositories and of the content enspire drafts for you. You are solely responsible for reviewing content before publishing and for everything you publish, including its accuracy and compliance with the rules of the platforms you post to.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or spammy content, or to violate the terms of any connected platform. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties including GitHub, dev.to, X, LinkedIn, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, and Anthropic. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated drafts may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
